Each session blends guided support with open conversation—so you leave with both practical tools and a sense of connection.
What to Expect
- Held monthly on the second Sunday
- ⏱️ Total time: 90 minutes
- First 30 minutes: Guest self-care practitioner
(meditation, movement, nutrition, mindset, and more)
- Next 60 minutes: Open support group discussion
- A safe, supportive, and judgment-free space
- Fully virtual (Zoom)
- Zoom link sent the day of the session
